Like our heritage, The Caribbean Food Company maintains the use of fresh food, herbs, and spices, to produce this fusion of its unique taste, in each of our meals, to give an invigorating feeling of the Caribbean life style from the first taste. The meal range starts at a mild and sweet well-seasoned two dishes, from Broiler Chicken and Caribbean Chicken, both containing a mixture of rice and kidney beans, each with its own individual natural flavour . An extra succulent sweet taste is given from Plantain with the Broiler Chicken. To a spicier hot and barbequed taste from the Jerk Chicken, seasoned with chilies, paprika, and the well renounced Jamaican flavour of Jerk Seasoning, served with Special Rice.

For those who’s taste buds is looking for a original tasting dish, Ackee and Salt fish, collaborated with boiled Yam, Dasheen, Sweet Potato and Plantain, which will no doubt more than satisfies your demanding palate needs with its unique blend of its original flavour. All of the four dishes originated from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. None of the dishes contain any artificial flavoring or preservatives, in any of our meals. It is easy to make, as part of dinner or lunch, by simply placing the meal in the microwave, for a maximum of 3 1/2 minutes.
